  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 

 

  1. Services Offered 

UBookpro connects users with local service Providers for various home services, including repairs, installations, and maintenance. 

  • Users are responsible for selecting the appropriate Provider for their needs and for coordinating directly with the Provider regarding the services. 
     
  1. Payments
  • Fees: Users agree to pay the fees associated with the services they request through the Platform. Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking.
  • Refunds: Refund policies may vary depending on the service and the Provider. Once a refund is initiated, it’ll reflect within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Service Provider Quotation Policy: Apart from the amount mentioned and paid during booking on the platform, any amounts related to inspection and quotation, and any related payments, are solely between you and the service provider. The platform holds no responsibility for these transactions.

 

  1. User Conduct 

You agree not to: 

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. 
  • Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. 
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform or the servers or networks connected to the Platform. 
     
  1. Intellectual Property 

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of UBookpro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written permission. 

 

  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 
  • Disclaimers: The Platform and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. UBookpro makes no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform or services. 
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, UBookpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or services. 
     
  1. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UBookpro, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

UBookpro may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located with Andhra Pradesh , India
